Shipping & Delivery
Web Chemicals, Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does the company ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Although the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website is passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier, the company will take all steps necessary to ensure proper and prompt delivery of orders and will investigate any claims of orders lost during delivery.

Shipping Rates

Westchester Customers....look for this:

For customers located within Westchester County, NY, orders on chemicals and limited maintenance supplies are hand delivered by Web Chemicals, Inc. at no charge, and will be done so either the same or next business day. Items eligible for this exclusive service will be denoted by the above graphic. In the unlikely event that the order cannot be delivered within this time frame, you will immediately be notified by a representative from Web Chemicals.

Filters, Pumps and other noted products...
Web Chemicals now offers the ability to purchase items such as filter systems, pumps, solar covers, and more. However, these items are not stocked in our regular inventory, and therefore, are not eligible for next-day delivery. These products will be shipped directly from our distributor. Upon shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number for more details.

All other customers and orders...
For all other customers outside of Westchester, NY, orders will be delivered via FedEx Home Delivery, or directly from our distributor. During checkout, your order details are sent to FedEx and you are provided an accurate shipping quote based on total weight and the final destination. This quote is added to your order total.

At the time the order is shipped via FedEx, you will be provided with a unique tracking number to ensure the timely delivery of your items. The delivery time frame will vary based on destination of delivery.

Returns
Sealed merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full credit to the account in which the order was billed. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges that may be incurred.
In order to ensure the protection of the employees and customers of Web Chemicals, Inc., opened chemicals cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any Special Order products may not be returned as they are not stocked in our inventory.
